- With a background in hospitality and contract catering management, I appreciate first-hand both the rewards and potential pressures involved in managing staff.
- I am CIPD qualified with a wealth of experience as a HR professional in the retail and Higher Education sectors.
- I get a real buzz from working with people managers, coaching them and giving them the confidence to put fair policies into practice and resolve issues early on.
